Nije pitanje &scaron;ta \u010diniti <i>ako napravim gre&scaron;ku<\/i>, ve\u0107 se radi o tome &scaron;ta \u010diniti<i> kada napravim gre&scaron;ku.<\/i> Najva\u017enije je imati na umu da treba ostati miran i nastaviti dalje. Nemojte se pla&scaron;iti publike. Va&scaron;a publika je obi\u010dno va&scaron; prijatelj. Po&scaron;to su mnogi od njih isto tako nervozni kada govore pred drugim ljudima, oni \u0107e imati razumevanja ako pogre&scaron;ite. Mnogi od njih \u0107e osetiti olak&scaron;anje &scaron;to ste vi, a ne oni tamo pred svima i divi\u0107e se na\u010dinu na koji sve uspevate da izvedete. Naravno, to razumevanje \u0107e donekle zavisiti od mesta gde imate svoju prezentaciju. Publika ne zna da ste pogre&scaron;ili, osim ako im vi sami to ne ka\u017eete. <\/span><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify; line-height: normal; text-indent: 36pt;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12px;\">Nervoza koju ose\u0107ate pre nego &scaron;to po\u010dnete je dobra. To je energija za va&scaron; nastup. To \u0107e vas popeti na scenu i uvesti u pri\u010du. Ako ne ose\u0107ate taj nemir, ako nemate tu energiju u sebi, va&scaron; nastup ne\u0107e imati nikakav rezultat. Energija je instiktivna reakcija na stres. Telo zna da ne&scaron;to treba da se desi i priprema se za to. <\/span><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify; line-height: normal; text-indent: 36pt;\"><span style=\"font-size: 11px;\"><span _fck_bookmark=\"1\" style=\"display: none;\">&nbsp;<\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-size: 12px;\">I ono najva\u017enije &#8211; ne popu&scaron;tajte pred strahom! Va&scaron;a reakcija sa poslednjeg nastupa umnogome \u0107e uticati na to kako \u0107ete reagovati u budu\u0107nosti. Ako ka\u017eete sebi <i>pla&scaron;im se, ne mogu ja ovo, zaboravi na ovo<\/i>, onda \u0107ete slede\u0107i put, negde u svojoj glavi re\u0107i <i>ovo je stvarno stra&scaron;no, ne mogu ja to, znam da ne mogu, nisam mogao ni kada sam pro&scaron;li put poku&scaron;ao<\/i>. I tako strah raste pri svakom poku&scaron;aju.
