Iskustveno u\u010denje se mo\u017ee odrediti kao proces u kojem se znanje, sposobnosti i ve\u0161tine izgra\u0111uju kroz transformaciju iskustva onih koji u\u010de a koji se nalaze u centru pocesa u\u010denja. Ona doprinosi da studenti preuzmu ulogu samoocenjiva\u010da kroz dono\u0161enje odluke o svojim najboljim radovima, tako \u0161to su razvili sopstvene kriterijume za svoja postignu\u0107a. Takvo samovrednovanje omogu\u0107ava kriti\u010dko sagledavanje kvaliteta u\u010denja.\u00a0<span style=\"color: #000080;\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><a href=\"http:\/\/wiki.mosep.org\/Mosep\/\"><\/a><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\">Proces sticanja znanja uz pomo\u0107 e-portfolija na : <\/span><span style=\"color: #000080;\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><a href=\"http:\/\/electronicportfolios.com\/balance\/index.html\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\">http:\/\/electronicportfolios.com\/balance\/index.html<\/span><\/a><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\" lang=\"sh-YU\">Nekoliko video snimaka o e-portfoliju, me\u0111u njima i u vrti\u0107u (kindergarten e-portfolio)<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000080;\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><a href=\"http:\/\/medienpaedagogik.kaywa.com\/eportfolios\/index.html\">http:\/\/medienpaedagogik.kaywa.com\/eportfolios\/index.html<\/a><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Studenti vrlo \u010desto nemaju svest o pakti\u010dnim pitanjima i mogu\u0107im na\u010dinima njihovog re\u0161avanja, pa su i dalje skloni izjavi \u00ab\u0161kola je jedno a praksa je stvarnost \u00bb.Tako vaspita\u010di imaju sli\u010dan problem, kada je portfolio deteta ili sopstveni profesionalni portfolio u pitanju, da u praksi pokazuju nesnala\u017eenje i nepoznavanje ove tehnike dokumentovanja \u0161to im stvara otpor i neprihvatanje.
