{"id":808,"date":"2011-05-01T12:59:25","date_gmt":"2011-05-01T12:59:25","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.uskolavrsac.edu.rs\/blog\/?p=808"},"modified":"2011-05-01T12:59:25","modified_gmt":"2011-05-01T12:59:25","slug":"da-li-svi-sanjamo","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.uskolavrsac.edu.rs\/blog\/?p=808","title":{"rendered":"Da li svi sanjamo?"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: medium\"><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman,serif;color: #000000\">Pedesetih godina 20. veka,  nau\u010dnik Eugene Aserinsky je otkrio da se tokom sna smenjuju dva osnovna oblika spavanja. Jedan oblik je prepoznatljiv po brzim pokretima o\u010dnih jabu\u010dica ispod kapaka i nazvan je REM fazom. U toku ove faze mozak se odmara i regeneri\u0161e, propu\u0161ta vi\u0161e krvi i tro\u0161i vi\u0161e kiseonika i glukoze. Tako\u0111e, u ovoj fazi spavanja sanjamo.  Drugi oblik nazvan je NREM fazom spavanja, i u toku ove faze ne sanjamo.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: medium\"><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman,serif\">Tokom godina, ovi nalazi su proveravani u mnogim istra\u017eivanjima. Rezultati su produbljivani i razotkrivali su mnoge misterije spavanja.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: medium\"><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman,serif\">Danas je poznato da, nakon \u0161to zaspimo, prolazimo u snu kroz \u010detiri faze spavanja:<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: medium\"><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman,serif\">U<\/span><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman,serif\"><em><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\"> prvoj fazi<\/span><\/em><\/span><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman,serif\"> spavamo najpli\u0107im snom. Mi\u0161i\u0107i se opu\u0161taju a sr\u010dani rad se usporava;  prema EEG zapisu ovaj stadijum je nalik budnom stanju. <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: medium\"><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman,serif\"><em><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\">Druga faza<\/span><\/em><\/span><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman,serif\"> predstavlja po\u010detak dubljeg spavanja; u ovoj fazi  javlja se mese\u010darenje i govor u snu.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: medium\"><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman,serif\"><em><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\">Tre\u0107a i \u010detvrta faza <\/span><\/em><\/span><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman,serif\">su veoma sli\u010dne i karakteri\u0161e ih dubok san; za bu\u0111enje iz 4. faze potreban je jak stimulus. <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: medium\"><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman,serif\">Kada dosegnemo fazu najdubljeg sna, razdoblje REM spavanja (4.faza), opet kre\u0107emo u 1. pa u 2. i 3. fazu NREM spavanja, a zatim opet u 4. Tokom no\u0107i pet ili \u0161est puta prelazimo iz REM u NREM spavanje i obrnuto. <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: medium\"><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman,serif\">Prva faza REM spavanja obi\u010dno po\u010dinje 90 minuta nakon uspavljivanja. Kako no\u0107 prolazi NREM razdoblja su sve kra\u0107a, a REM sve du\u017ea, \u0161to zna\u010di da bli\u017ee jutru sve vi\u0161e sanjamo. Me\u0111usobni odnosi stadijuma i faza spavanja, njihovo trajanje i du\u017eina spavanja se menjaju tokom uzrasta.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: medium\"><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman,serif\">U svakoj REM fazi sanjamo, a se\u0107amo se snova samo iz zadnje REM faze. U toku ove faze uglavnom se ne mi\u010demo. Na\u0161e telo je imobilisano elektrohemijskim porukama iz mozga, koje istinski parali\u0161u na\u0161e mi\u0161i\u0107e. To je mehanizam koji nas spre\u010dava da radimo ono \u0161to sanjamo i da se povredimo tokom sna.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: medium\"><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman,serif\">Nau\u010dnici su utvrdili da SVI SANJAMO, iako postoji mali procenat osoba koje se nikad ne se\u0107aju svojih snova.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: medium\"><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman,serif\">Nau\u010dnici tvrde da ukoliko konzumiramo alkohol, pi\u0107a koja sadr\u017ee kofein ili energetska pi\u0107a pre spavanja, obavezno nam se javljaja nedostatak sna u REM fazi (kao i nakon uzimanja tableta za spavanje).  A ovo je bitno, jer usled nedostataka sna u REM fazi dolazi do slede\u0107ih simptoma:<\/span><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman,serif;color: #000000\"><strong> aksioznost, razdra\u017eljivost, te\u0161ko\u0107e sa koncentracijom; tako\u0111e, mogu\u0107 je i poreme\u0107aj u ishrani, ta\u010dnije pove\u0107an apetit<\/strong>.<\/span><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman,serif\"> <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: medium\"><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman,serif\">Nedostatak spavanja u REM fazi zna\u010di da ve\u0107im delom no\u0107i spavamo dubljim NREM fazama. Zbog toga je te\u0161ko prekinuti sa uzimanjem lekova i alkohola  jer je bez njih ote\u017eano spavanje. Onog trenutka, kada se prestane sa uzimanjem tih supstanci pojavljuje se sna\u017eni REM u\u010dinak (potreba organizma da nadoknadi REM faze-potreba za snom). Tada se po\u010dinjemo bojati spavanja, odnosno pla\u0161imo se dubokog spavanja (te\u0161ko se budimo, previ\u0161e spavamo) i vra\u0107amo istim supstancama kako bi ponovo sebi uskratili REM faze, i samim tim lak\u0161e spavali i lak\u0161e se budili. U te\u017eim slu\u010dajevima &#8211; dugotrajnim, dugogodi\u0161njim izostancima sna u REM fazi (npr. kod alkoholi\u010dara) usled prestanka uzimanja odre\u0111enih supstanci mo\u017ee do\u0107i do halucinacija, opsesije, psihoze. Dakle, REM efekat u tim slu\u010dajevima mo\u017ee biti toliko sna\u017ean da deluje \u010dak i u budnom stanju!<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: medium\"><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman,serif\">LITERATURA:<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: medium\"><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman,serif\">Hock, R.
