U četvrtak, 27. 1. 2022. godine i petak, 28. 1. 2022. godine, održan je dvodnevni onlajn Uvodni sastanak (Kick-off meeting) međunarodnog projekta STATUS (Steering Transition and Advancement of Tertiary Underrepresented Students, 2021–2024), odobrenog u okviru Erazmus+ programa i usmerenog na izgradnju inkluzivnih sistema visokog obrazovanja i promovisanje međusobno povezanih sistema visokog obrazovanja. Visoka škola strukovnih studija za vaspitače ,,Mihailo Palov” u Vršcu je koordinator i učesnik projektnog konzorcijuma, koga čine i predstavnici Univerziteta ,,1. decembar 1918.” (Alba Julija, Rumunija), Univerziteta Madeira (Portugal), Univerziteta iz Palerma (Italija), WEBIN-a (Western Balkans Institute, Beograd, Srbija), kao i predstavnici CESIE (Palermo, Italija). Tematski fokus projekta je na stvaranju podsticajnog okruženja na tercijarnom nivou obrazovanja za zadržavanje nedovoljno zastupljenih studenata (Romi, migranti, socijalno deprivirane grupe i dr.) u datim nacionalnim i evropskim kontekstima. Pored toga, projekat nastoji da doprinese efikasnijoj praksi saradnje visokoškolskih ustanova sa drugim relevantnim zainteresovanim stranama u lokalnoj zajednici. Domaćin ovog virtuelnog sastanka, na kome je bilo više od deset predstavnika svih zemalja uključenih u projekat, bila je Visoka škola u Vršcu; sastanak je moderirala direktorka Visoke škole doc. dr Jelena Prtljaga. Prema projektnom planu, uvodni sastanak je organizovan kako bi se razgovaralo o dizajnu projekta, ambicijama, aktivnostima i rezultatima, ulogama i odgovornostima partnera za koordinaciju i doprinos u različitim aktivnostima, ugovornim pravilima i procedurama, ugovorima o grantovima i partnerstvu, finansijskim pitanjima, planu implementacije i narednim aktivnosti, kao i o dinamici samoga rada na projektu. Prvog dana sastanka predstavljene su partnerske institucije, dat je uvod u projekat, kratak pregled aktivnosti i odgovornosti. Koordinator je sumirao osnovne informacije o projektu. Opisani su glavni i specifični ciljevi projekta. Istaknut je značaj kvaliteta projekta, koji je ocenjen visokim ocenama za aplikacionu dokumentaciju, kao i vrednost samog projekta. Ukratko je opisan rad u četiri radna paketa, kao i koordinacija svakog radnog paketa. Diskutovalo se o poboljšanjima projekta prema komentarima evaluacije projektne dokumentacije. Posebna pažnja posvećena je upravljanju projektima – finansiranju i izveštavanju. Drugi dan sastanka bio je usmeren na projektni menadžment, odnosno podeljeni su, razmotreni i diskutovani predlozi plana diseminacije i osiguranja kvaliteta, organizovani u odgovarajuće tabele i dokumente. Akcentovana je potreba vidljivosti projektnih aktivnosti, uključenosti zainteresovanih strana (stakeholder), kvaliteta instrumenata za evaluaciju rada. Razmotren je plan implementacije, odnosno aktivnosti u narednim mesecima. Pažnja je posvećena i promišljanjima o metodologiji kreiranja svojevrsnog evropskog e-repozitorija dobrih praksi u visokom školstvu u vezi sa društveno inkluzivnom kulturom učenja i dr., što su planirani rezultat u okviru radnog paketa 1, koji koordinira Visoka škola u Vršcu. Na kraju sastanka popunjen je onlajn upitnik kojim je evaluiran rad. Protokoli rada, uloge i odgovornosti, razumevanje finansijskih očekivanja i pravaca projektnog rada dobro su prihvaćeni od strane svih učesnike u sastanku. Naredni sastanak svih partnera planiran je za prvu nedelju maja 2022. godine (domaćin: Visoka škola strukovnih studija za vaspitače ,,Mihailo Palov”, Vršac, Srbija), dok će se u međuvremenu intenzivirati (onlajn) komunikacija u vezi sa finalizovanjem početne projektne dokumentacije, formiranjem timova i drugim projektom planiranim aktivnostima. Očekuje se i da projekat za mesec dana dobije i svoj prepoznatljiv logo. Ispred Visoke škole u Vršcu, ovom veoma uspešnom međunarodnom onlajn sastanku, koji je realizovan u prijatnoj radnoj atmosferi, prisustvovali su: doc. dr Jelena Prtljaga (moderator i izlagač), dr Slavica Komatina (izlagač), dr Ivana Đorđev (priprema izveštaja), dr Predrag Prtljaga (tehnička podrška).
On Thursday, January 27, 2022 and Friday, January 28, 2022, a two-day online Kick-off meeting of the international project STATUS (Steering Transition and Advancement of Tertiary Underrepresented Students, 2021–2024) was held. The project has been selected for financing within the Erasmus+ partnership cooperation program and aims at building inclusive higher education systems and promoting interconnected higher education systems. The Preschool Teacher Training College “Mihailo Palov” in Vršac is the coordinator and participant of the project consortium, which also includes representatives of the University “1. December 1918.” (Alba Iulia, Romania), University of Madeira (Portugal), University of Palermo (Italy), WEBIN (Western Balkans Institute, Belgrade, Serbia), as well as representatives of CESIA (Palermo, Italy). The thematic focus of the project is on creating a stimulating environment at the tertiary level of education for the retention of underrepresented students (Roma, migrants, socially deprived groups, etc.) in given national and European contexts. In addition, the project seeks to contribute to a more efficient practice of cooperation between higher education institutions and other relevant stakeholders in the local community. The host of this virtual meeting, attended by more than ten representatives of all the countries involved in the project, was the College in Vršac; the meeting was moderated by the director of the College, Dr Jelena Prtljaga. According to the project plan, an introductory meeting was organized to discuss the project design, ambitions, activities and results, roles and responsibilities of partners for coordination and contribution in different activities, contractual rules and procedures, grant and partnership agreements, financial issues, implementation plan and subsequent activities, as well as the dynamics of the work on the project itself. On the first day of the meeting, partner institutions were presented, a summary of the project, a brief overview of activities and responsibilities was given. The coordinator summarized the basic information about the project. The main and specific objectives of the project were described. The importance of the quality of the project, assessed with high marks during the evaluation of the project applications, as well as the value of the project itself, was highlighted. The work in four work packages is briefly described, as well as the coordination of each work package. Project improvements were discussed according to the project evaluation comments. Special attention was paid to project management – financing and reporting. The second day of the meeting focused on project management, i.e. proposals for the dissemination and quality assurance plan were shared, considered and discussed, organized into appropriate tables and documents. The need for visibility of project activities, the involvement of interested parties (stakeholders), and the quality of work evaluation instruments were emphasized. The implementation plan, i.e. activities in the coming months, was discussed. Attention was also paid to the reflections on the methodology of creating a European e-repository of good practices in higher education related to socially inclusive learning culture, which are the main planned result within work package 1, coordinated by the College in Vršac. At the end of the meeting, an online questionnaire was filled out by all the participants to evaluate the work. Work protocols, roles and responsibilities, understanding of financial expectations and directions of project work were well received by all participants in the meeting. The next meeting of all partners is planned for the first week of May 2022 (host: Preschool Teacher Training College “Mihailo Palov”, Vršac, Serbia), while in the meantime (online) communication regarding the finalization of the initial project documentation will be intensified, forming of teams and other project-planned activities. It is expected that the project will get its recognizable logo in a month.
